Non-returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom-made orders, pre booked orders etc.
Returns:
We accept returns within 6 days of delivery(only purchased through website or kangkan dhemaji app). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at jecindmj@gmail.com/ 9957012145. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your message.- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us. Please securely package the item and ship it back to the address provided.- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-10 business days.- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
